This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, showcasing our platform’s value, and closing deals through effective online interactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fully virtual work environment, operate during US EST hours, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective and existing customers through virtual channels to understand their needs and objectives.Conduct detailed, live online demonstrations of the SaaS platform highlighting features, benefits, and use cases.Present and discuss the range of service offerings to tailor solutions for customer requirements.Manage end-to-end customer engagement including discovery, product demos, addressing queries, and closing deals.Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to relay customer feedback and drive product enhancements.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activities, and deal progress.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management and closing strategies.Provide regular updates and reports on customer engagement and sales activities.Adapt to varied customer profiles globally and manage cultural and communication nuances effectively.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in SaaS customer success, sales, or account management roles with a strong track record of successful deal closures.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in a virtual environment.Comfort working full-time in US EST time zone, collaborating efficiently across remote, global teams.Strong presentation and product demonstration skills leveraging online tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.).Ability to understand and articulate SaaS platform capabilities, features, and benefits clearly.Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and drive customer satisfaction.Highly organized with excellent time management skills to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for technology and SaaS solutions.Benefits:Remote work from any location worldwide.Competitive base salary plus a very aggressive commission structure to reward high performance.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company with a global customer base.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
