Our angel investors include Gokul Rajaram (Board Member of Coinbase & Lyft), the Chief Growth Officer of Shopify, senior leaders at Ramp, partners from SoftBank, and Vijay Krishnan (CTO/founder of Turing, >$1Bn business).We’re scaling fast and need a Customer Success Manager who can ensure customer happiness, own retention, engagement, and upsell across our growing customer base. If you’re someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, loves solving challenges creatively, and wants to help shape how a high-growth startup builds its customer success function, we’d love to have you at MAVI. You’ll work closely with CFOs and Controllers, becoming a trusted partner who drives real impact on their business and on our shared success.What You’ll Do: Be the point person for all engagements with customers, answering questions, ensuring engagement success, and making our customers & Talent happy.Own customer retention & engagement metrics on our platform, while building trust with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders at high-growth companies.Proactively monitor account health, manage renewals, and eliminate churn risk before it happens. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand MAVI’s footprint inside each customer. Partner with product and talent teams to bring the “voice of the customer” back into everything we build. Report on retention, expansion, and engagement to founders and help evolve our CS playbook.
