Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Customer Success Manager with experience in the HR sector to join our growing client, a fintech start-up providing HR solutions across Australia. You’ll work with enterprise level clients across new customer implementations (non-technical) as well as maximising usage across an existing client base. This is a hands-on position with a view to scaling the team as the business grows. This is an opportunity to shape the customer success function in a growing business that’s focused on innovation. Strong package with bonus component and ESOP on offer for exceptional candidates! Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end (non-technical) onboarding and implementation. Build strong relationships with new clients. Design and execute user success strategies that drive value, adoption, and satisfaction.Create and manage customer communication strategies for launches, updates, and ongoing engagement.Assess customer usage and satisfaction.Deliver a consistently excellent experience and act on customer feedback.Manage multiple customer accounts with strong organisational skills.Work with the technology, sales and marketing teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay updated on the HR industry trends, customer success best practices and emerging technologies that will help streamline your role.To be successful, you will demonstrate: Up to 5 years’ experience in Account Management/Customer Success and onboarding roles ideally in an HR SaaS, HR tech or payroll environment.Proven track record of managing multiple customer relationships and onboarding new clients.An understanding of SaaS products and technical integrations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
