We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of onboarding new customers onto Supy, ensuring they hit the ground running with our inventory management system. If you need to reduce costs and increase profits, you need Supy.About the RoleWe’re looking for a junior to mid-level Customer Success Manager based in Australia. You’ll lead the onboarding process for hospitality venues, from project kick-off to go-live, ensuring customers see value quickly and efficiently.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll train users, set up their system, solve operational roadblocks, and guide them through industry best practices. It’s ideal for someone who understands hospitality, has strong project management skills, and enjoys making an impact.What You’ll DoLead the implementation of Supy’s SaaS-based inventory management platform across restaurant groupsRun onboarding calls and training sessions with both venue teams and head officeSet up accounts, import supplier items, configure recipes, and support stocktakesCoordinate POS integrations and work with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryUnderstand each customer’s unique setup and tailor onboarding accordinglyUse systems such as HubSpot & Flowla to manage timelines and progressIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline implementationDeliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reduces time-to-valueWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years’ experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success or F&B operationsWillingness to visit customers in person, to run on-site workshopsHands-on experience with project management tools and customer commsHospitality industry experience, ideally in procurement/purchasing or back-of-house rolesComfortable leading calls, solving problems, and managing competing deadlinesFamiliar with cloud-based systems like HubSpot, Google Sheets, and FlowlaPassionate about helping customers get real, measurable value from techBonus If You HaveExperience implementing BOH or inventory systems for hospitality groupsWorked as a cost controller or in restaurant operationsExposure to POS integrations and multi-site rolloutsWhy SupyJoin a high-growth SaaS company shaking up the hospitality industryWork with a talented, supportive, and fun teamDirect impact, your work gets our customers live and thrivingFlexible working arrangements and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary, clear goals, and tools that help you succeedHow to ApplyIf you’re excited about this opportunity and eager to grow your career in sales, we’d love to hear from you!
