Why This Role is For You:We’re looking for a true partner for the journey - someone who sees data not just as numbers, but as a roadmap to success.If you’re looking for a role that bridges deep-dive analytics with high-impact relationship management, and you understand that in today’s real estate market data is the most powerful engine for growth - we’d love to talk.We’re not looking for someone to simply “run reports.” We’re looking for a storyteller — someone who can take raw data, translate it into actionable insights, and clearly demonstrate to our clients how they are winning with our platform.What you will be doingPerformance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis for enterprise clients, identify market trends, and recommend winning strategies to optimize results.Master the Data: Leverage Power BI and advanced analytics tools to build high-impact performance reports.Data Storytelling: Design and maintain intuitive, engaging dashboards and presentations that make complex data clear and compelling for key stakeholders.Client Success: Lead both in-person and virtual meetings, present insights, and serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise partners.AI-Powered Innovation: Integrate AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or automation platforms) into your daily workflow to predict trends, automate reporting, and improve efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to deliver a seamless and unified customer experience.Your Skills and ExperienceExperience: 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or Customer Success role (experience in ad agencies, media companies, or other data-driven organizations is a strong advantage).Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot tables, etc.) is required.Power BI Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI and the ability to build dashboards that support real business decisions.AI Savvy: Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (such as Gemini or ChatGPT) to analyze data and automate routine tasks.Communication Skills: A confident presenter who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Education: A relevant degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) is a strong advantage.Why Join Us?We believe in results, we believe in partnership, and we believe the best decisions are driven by data.This role is an opportunity to make a real impact on our clients’ success while helping shape the future of real estate technology.
