You’ll act as a trusted advisor—ensuring smooth collaboration, overseeing remote teams, and driving operational performance. This role blends client management, team leadership, and process optimization in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Team Coordination & OversightLead and support distributed remote teams working across different time zones.Monitor performance, ensure consistency, and uphold high-quality standards.Manage escalations effectively and maintain open communication between clients and teams.Operational ExcellenceDevelop, document, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical process improvements.Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and deliverables.Project ManagementOversee project progress, milestones, and deliverables.Support onboarding and smooth transitions for new clients.Track performance metrics and report on account health and results.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in customer success, account management, or operations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with remote or cross-regional teams.Ability to create and refine SOPs, manage multiple priorities, and handle escalations.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus PointsExperience in consulting, operations, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.Background in project management or process improvement.Familiarity with startup or remote-first company operations.Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
