Job Description

Schedule (EST) Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring our clients feel supported, our team stays organized, and our projects run smoothly. This role blends customer service, administrative coordination, and light project management.You’ll communicate with clients, manage schedules, organize deliverables, and help streamline our photographers’ workflow. The ideal candidate loves people, embraces learning, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Client CommunicationServe as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring friendly, professional, and prompt responses.Manage calls, emails, and client requests efficiently.Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and clear communication.Operational SupportManage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination.Organize inboxes, CRMs, and project trackers.Track project progress and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Team CoordinationCollaborate with photographers, editors, and other stakeholders.Ensure clear communication between all departments.Support leadership with administrative and organizational tasks.Process ImprovementLearn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.Provide suggestions for workflow optimization and improved client experience. Requirements2+ years of experience in Administrative or Customer Service roles.C1 or higher English level (written and spoken).Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).Experience with CRM and task management tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Comfortable learning new platforms and adapting to change.Reliable internet connection and headset for calls.Comfortable handling phone calls daily and providing professional, friendly communication with clients.
