Customer Support Advisor German Speaker (Streaming Platform)Remote | Must be based in TürkiyeRole SummaryWe are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors (C1+) to support users of a leading global streaming platform. You will assist with technical issues, account & subscription questions, and content-related inquiries across multiple support channels.This is a 100% remote role, and all equipment is provided.️ Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical, account, and subscription support to platform users.Assist customers via phone, chat, email, or social media (based on assignment).Follow internal procedures and meet quality and performance targets.Document interactions and ensure a positive customer experience.Complete required internal assessments for specific support channels.RequirementsGerman level C1+ (mandatory) + English B1Must be based in Türkiye and able to work from home.Availability for rotational shifts (summer & winter schedules).Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to complete assessments (language, technical, and social media). Work ModelFully remote Home OfficeCompany-provided laptop + external monitor.5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off.Shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night) depending on the season.Breaks: 30-minute lunch + three 15-minute breaks.Compensation & BenefitsNet Salary: 30,000 TL + BonusMeal AllowancePrivate Health Insurance10 days paid online training
