Job Title: Customer Support AgentLocation: Addis Ababa, EthiopiaReports to: Director of OperationsSalary: ETB 18,000 GrossJob Summary:The Customer Support Agent is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experiences. This role combines customer support, operational coordination, and sales engagement with partner hospitals and labs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, ensuring timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.2. Operations Coordination:Coordinate and monitor rider activities to ensure timely deliveries to customers.Ensure compliance with operational standards and protocols.Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.3.
