About YouExperience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles;Native-level Ukrainian and B1+ English proficiency;Empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with users;Initiative in solving not only current customer issues but also preventing potential ones;Curiosity and a love for tackling non-trivial challenges. Your future responsibilitiesProvide timely, empathetic, and personalized support to platform users (mainly clients);Handle requests related to accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and various technical issues;Ensure a positive user experience while resolving their inquiries;Turn user feedback into valuable insights for other teams, directly influencing the product.
