Summary:We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives (CSE) for our voice process domain. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently during night shifts.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.Address customer queries, complaints, and issues, providing accurate information and effective resolutions.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills.Previous experience in a voice process or customer support role is preferred.Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
