With 450+ professionals on board, we make techworld easy - one customer at a time.As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of creating great customer experiences for top tech brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Saily. Whether it’s solving an issue, answering a question, or just making someone’s day easier, you’ll be doing it with the help of smart tools and an even smarter team.Your Day-to-DaySupport NordVPN customers via live-chat. No phone calls over here! Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries. Make customers happy by resolving their concernsTurn users into fans through top-notch supportBring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interactionWhat We Expect From YouFluency in English. Basic know-how of Windows/MacOSConfidence in multitasking and providing technical supportA calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressurePositive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
