Job Description:Handle a high volume of incoming calls and text messages from customers.Deliver accurate, detailed, and complete information in response to customer inquiries.Follow standard communication procedures, company policies, and service guidelines.Effectively manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes; ensure proper follow-up to guarantee resolution.Go above and beyond to engage and satisfy customers, delivering exceptional service experiences.Working Hours9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night shift, Monday to Friday)RequirementsCollege degree or higher.Fluent in English (both written and verbal).At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a high level of responsibility.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Strong sense of teamwork and dedication to exceeding expectations.Passionate about customer service and willing to work flexible shifts.Benefits15 – 18 million VND gross/monthFree light snacks during working hoursCompany-provided working equipmentFull participation in BHYT, BHXH, BHTN per labor regulations12 days of paid annual leaveRegular team building activities to foster a supportive workplace
