WHY JOIN OUR TRANSEC TEAM?HMO, life insurance, and incentivesRepresent one of the top leading brands in PHNon-toxic account with real work-life balanceESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow ups, placing of orders, etc.Accurately log all incoming calls in the CRM (customer relationship management) system for proper documentation.Efficiently and effectively identify concerns and provide the necessary solutions where applicable.Coordinate with several branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and/or requests.Ensure pending concerns are attended to in a timely manner and escalate as needed.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSOpen to fresh graduates with no experience.6 months experience in customer service is a plus.Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.Understandable writing and speaking skills in both English and Filipino.
