Provide prompt feedback and solutions to customer requests or cases. Educate customers about products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell through outstanding service. Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database. Use specialized tools and software to support internal operations and troubleshoot effectively. What We're Looking ForFluent English (minimum B2 level). Strong communication skills with a naturally positive and empathetic attitude. Confident problem-solver with patience and attention to detail. Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Good computer literacy and multitasking ability. Prior customer service or communication experience is an advantage. What You'll GetExcellent base salary + performance bonuses. Hybrid model: 3 days from home, 2 in the office (Sofia or Plovdiv). Flexible schedule: Choose between a 4-day or 5-day workweek. 19-day paid training (Mon to Fri, 10:00 to 18:30). Food vouchers and additional perks.
