About the Opportunity:The organization is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. This team empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. The mission is to catalyze data-driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, the organization offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.Role OverviewA dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist is sought to join the Customer Support team. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with the products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for healthcare technology.Key Responsibilities:• Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the organization's solutions• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and data analysts, to address client needs• Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices• Foster a positive and collaborative team environmentQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role in the healthcare or technology industry• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and support methodologies• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plusWhat the Organization Offers:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team• Professional development and growth opportunities• Flexible work environmentCompensation:The salary range for this role is $95K to $105K.
