Customer Systems Engineer

Customer Systems Engineer required to support customers through onboarding, implementation, and integration of advanced AI infrastructure. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, software/hardware expertise, and close work with engineering teams to ensure customers successfully deploy, optimize, and scale the platform.Responsibilities Guide customers through onboarding, training, and platform enablement.Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and resolving deployment challenges.Support initial implementation, configuration, and environment setup.Assist with APIs and system integrations, offering guidance and troubleshooting.Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with engineering on complex problems.Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.RequirementsStrong technical background across diverse stacks.Experience with complex software–hardware systems (GPUs, CPUs, networking)Proficient in C++ and Python with solid engineering principles.Hands-on Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.Customer-facing technical experience with excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.Flexibility to travel when required.Nice to haveRust, Go, or PyTorch; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP); OpenStack or Slurm; networking (Arista, Cisco, Mellanox, RoCE, InfiniBand); performance profiling; kernel debugging; exposure to LLM deployments.BenefitsCompetitive compensationFlexible hoursFast decision-making, high ownership, major impact during a growth phase,Global collaboration, and the chance to work with exceptional engineers.
