Customs Specialist100% remote – EST / CST preferred Monday-Friday 40 hours per weekDuration: 6+ months to start (open to extend or convert)Pay Rate: $38 per hour W2This position supports customs entry, entry auditing, as well as reporting & analytics support. You will collaborate across our Trade Compliance team as well as with our internal and external business partners such as Customs Brokers, Finance, and Logistics.Supports the Customs Entry & Audit teams in performing entry audits focused on broker compliance, SOX, ADD/CVD, and classificationSupports post entry activities, reconciliation program, and recordkeeping requirementsParticipates in the establishment and maintenance of internal control procedures and SOPsMonitors team email inboxes and manages day-to-day correspondenceRequirementsBackground: 2-4 years of import or customs brokerage experience requiredSkills: Strong familiarity with customs entry data and documentation required; Strong MS Excel skillsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experienceNice to have: Supply chain experience in retail preferred
