This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEThe founders enjoy working with the social media team and shooting footage because of how seamlessly the team works togetherComing up with creative ideas that the founders resonate with, making filming easier and more productiveOBJECTIVESWork with the social media team to determine production visionInsert intentional dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects to enhance the storyMonitor regulatory and policy compliance aspects of the company's social media presence, and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks and brand integrity standardsImplement and maintain content moderation protocols, enforcing clear disclosure standards for sponsored content and influencer partnerships, and verifying that claims are properly substantiated before publication.The position requires comprehensive knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines, platform-specific regulations, and related best practices, with the ability to understand and comply with evolving regulatory landscapes.The Social Media team member will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Legal teams to establish review and approval workflows, conduct regular compliance audits, and maintain a proactive culture of compliance.Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflowCreate content that is optimized for social media platforms aligned with company wide campaigns and social media trendsCreate quick, same day turn around content for event promotional use and recapsCohesively tell a story through NLE (non-linear editing) using video, graphics, music, and sound design.Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video content creation (Premiere Pro)Improve video and sound quality using various video softwareEdit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the projectArchive footage in a highly organized mannerCOMPETENCIESExperience producing and editing video content for a variety of digital platformsAbility to innovate with outside the box techniques through experimenting with trending/modern techniques – we need highly creative editing wizardsFull understanding of Adobe Creative Suite - including Premiere Pro, Encover, After Effects (additional programs are a plus)Demonstrate the ability to craft story lines to “tell the story” in a captivating formAbility to create visually amazing (export liquid gold) content including cutting promos, podcasts, event recaps for social mediaAdvanced knowledge of professional production procedures, practices, project tracking/management, techniques and terminologyCan keep on top of current social media trends, innovations in camera and lighting technology, and effective practices to stay on top of creating effective video that will best connect with our audience and increase engagement.Education And ExperienceAt least 3 years’ experience in an content creation10X TOTAL REWARDSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes: Medical, dental, and vision for FT positions and their dependents Vacation and sick time policy that increases based on tenure with the company Employee Assistance Program through Guardian 401k with up to 3% Company match Pet Insurance through SPOT for your 10X pets!
