SSE Architect / Security Transition Lead Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid) Industry Domain: Retail Experience Required: 17+ years total | 15+ years relevantJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced SSE (Secure Service Edge) Architect / Security Transition Lead to manage end-to-end transition projects and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Netskope-based SSE solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network security, NAC, SASE, and Forescout Eyesight, ensuring seamless migration from legacy security architectures to modern, cloud-native frameworks.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end transition process, ensuring smooth handover and transparent communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.Architect and design SSE solutions, with a focus on Netskope implementation and integration.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SSE technologies, providing technical leadership in network security and SASE adoption.Implement, configure, and optimize Secure Service Edge platforms (e.g., Netskope).Develop comprehensive migration and transformation plans for transitioning from traditional network security to SSE.Provide strategic recommendations for SASE deployment and continuous improvement.Lead all project phases end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality, compliance, and security standards.Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Forescout Eyesight, including:Setup, configuration, and management of Enterprise Manager and Eyesight appliances.Deep understanding of discovery, classification, evaluation, and policy engine capabilities.Perform patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing health and performance checks.Implement automated control workflows for non-compliant devices (e.g., isolation, quarantine, remediation).Mandatory Skills:NAC (Network Access Control)SASE (Secure Access Service Edge)Firewall ManagementIAM (Identity and Access Management)PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)Desired Skills:Expertise in Netskope and Forescout Eyesight platforms.Proven experience in enterprise-scale network security transformations.Strong leadership and communication skills for managing client-facing transitions.Work Mode:Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
