You’ll work with experts who take cybersecurity seriously, blending deep technical skills with a proactive defense mindset.About the RoleAs the Infrastructure Security Subject Matter Expert, you’ll design, implement, and optimize endpoint protection and vulnerability management systems, ensuring the security of enterprise infrastructure and data. You’ll serve as the primary authority on EDR platforms, security hardening, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide endpoint and infrastructure security initiatives.Deploy and optimize EDR solutions — Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Trellix (HX).Manage Qualys vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation tracking.Oversee server activity monitoring, file permissions, and anti-fraud devices.Define and enforce digital data shredding and secure disposal practices.Investigate and resolve incidents via EDR, SIEM, and monitoring tools.Drive adoption of CIS security benchmarks and compliance standards.Develop reports and dashboards to track overall security posture.Collaborate with IT and incident response teams to reduce false positives.Provide mentorship and training to operations and junior security staff.Must-Have QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure or endpoint security.Strong expertise with EDR tools: Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Trellix (HX).Hands-on experience with Qualys vulnerability scanning.Familiarity with anti-fraud devices, file permissions, and server activity monitoring.Understanding of digital data shredding and secure data disposal standards.Exposure to compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).Good-to-HaveCertifications in CrowdStrike, Qualys, or related infrastructure security tools.Knowledge of ITSM and service management processes.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
