Manager (IT Consulting/ Cyber Security)We have a challenging opportunity opened for the role of Manager in our Technology consulting practice.Our Technology consulting practice undertakes IT risks and controls assessment, IT Service Management and Information Security Management Consulting, infrastructure and network reviews, information security reviews etc. for multiple clients across various industries.Role RequirementsResponsibilities include planning and execution of IT consulting assignments for our clients in Government, Banking & Financial, Investment, Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Telecom industries. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:IT Security team members work in a client facing role and take on the responsibility of identifying, assessing, and monitoring IT security risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy.Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, resource planning, project delivery management, IT security practice management and other related activities for our clients in Banking & Financial, Investment, Oil & Gas, and Hospitality, Telecom, Government and Regulatory industries.Managing IT security projects delivery to reviewing systems architecture / design to assess and improve information security.Assessing the current state security posture, envision future state and provide implementation roadmaps to our clients in IT security projects.Desired profileHands-on experience of 8 to 15 years in Cybersecurity domain and implementation experience in ISO 27001, NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, PCI DSS and GDPR projects.IT security consulting experience or worked in industry with the primary responsibility of managing IT security solutions.Worked / used various IT security tools, scripts, programs to carry out penetration tests and risk assessments.Exposure to a well-structured risk assessment technique.Strong oral and written communication skillsTeam player and management skillsExceptional skills in client relationship managementBusiness development and practice management skillsPreference will be given to those candidates who have IT security product certifications.Mandatory Academic qualifications: BE / B.Tech or any graduationHands-on experience in conducting VAPT assignments, ISO 27001 engagements, Implementation of remedial control in Microsoft and Cisco environmentKey Personal AttributesA good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.A strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Manages own and others time well.Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs. Limited travel is envisaged based on client requests/commitments across KSA. Second language skills and international business experience will be useful.
