Cyber Security Specialist

Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division across Australia as we seek a driven, highly skilled and competent, Security Cleared, Cyber Security Specialist to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and Intelligence Community customers.About you:Previous experience with reviewing systems architecture, including security documentationPrevious experience with assessment of design and implementation effectiveness of security controls.Previous experience working within defence or federal government environmentsCanberra based Hold a current security clearance (NV1 - TS PV)About the role:Undertake complex technical assessment activities in information and cyber security.Undertake objective systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence, providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice in relation to complex information and cyber security activities. These may include software development, system administration, incident response, cyber forensics, specialist electronics and engineering, mathematics and vulnerability analysis and research.Work within a framework of legislation, established industry principles, work practices and procedures in accordance with our clients mission and business objectives.Liaise with multiple projects and capability stakeholders to assist in design and documentation of ICT system security controls.
