Job Position Title: Cybersecurity -File integrity, Tripwire Company: RiDiK Pte LtdSkills: Endpoint Security, ndpoint Threat Defense,Trellix endpoint securityTripwire L2 SME Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Resolve complex, escalated issues from L1 support related to the Tripwire FIM tool, including configuration and performance problemsManage complex configurations, upgrades, and rollouts of File Integrity Monitoring across an IT infrastructure. Create and maintain Tripwire policies to meet security and compliance requirements and best practices. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an incident knowledge base. Perform in-depth analysis to identify and resolve the root causes of recurring issues. Required qualifications:Proven experience in a similar L2 support or specialized role, often with a minimum of 5 years of total experience. Deep, specialized knowledge of Tripwire FIM, including its complex configurations, upgrades, and policy management.
