Endpoint Security Consultant

Job Position Title: Endpoint Security ConsultantCompany: CLPS Global or RiDiK Pte LtdSkills: Endpoint Security, ndpoint Threat Defense,Trellix endpoint securityTrellix L2 SME Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Act as the primary technical authority for Trellix endpoint security solutions, including ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and agent deployment. Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Trellix agents, sensors, and security components across various operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-priority endpoint security issues, perform deep-dive analysis, and support the Security Operations Center (SOC) with threat detection and remediation. Create, enforce, and optimize endpoint security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, SOPs, incident reports, and audit logs. Required skills and experience:Proven expertise with Trellix products, including Trellix ePO, ENS (Endpoint Security), and Trellix HX (Endpoint Threat Defense). Minimum of 5+ years of experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) methodologies.
