Job Description

 Building, maintaining and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships for managed and new accounts Selling the company’s products and solutions to a number of key accounts by maintaining or exceeding a minimum amount of sales Meeting and/ or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets Prospecting for new clients and reviewing clients’ history Building a strong and reliable sales pipeline Conducting solutions orientation to existing and new accounts, and identifying clients’requirements when required Having knowledge of products, value proposition, and understanding of the technology Acquiring and maintaining the needed trainings and certifications for the company’s products and solutions Planning and attending regular update meetings with existing accounts, and seeking upselling ofnew & upgraded products and solutions Creating and updating the customer database on the company’s CRM Creating and updating client visits, opportunities, activities and proposals on the company’s CRM Creating RFIs/RFPs on the company’s CRM, while coordinating with relative departments (Sales Coordinator, Pre-Sales, Technical, …)
