Job Description
Building, maintaining and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships for managed and new accounts Selling the company’s products and solutions to a number of key accounts by maintaining or exceeding a minimum amount of sales Meeting and/ or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets Prospecting for new clients and reviewing clients’ history Building a strong and reliable sales pipeline Conducting solutions orientation to existing and new accounts, and identifying clients’requirements when required Having knowledge of products, value proposition, and understanding of the technology Acquiring and maintaining the needed trainings and certifications for the company’s products and solutions Planning and attending regular update meetings with existing accounts, and seeking upselling ofnew & upgraded products and solutions Creating and updating the customer database on the company’s CRM Creating and updating client visits, opportunities, activities and proposals on the company’s CRM Creating RFIs/RFPs on the company’s CRM, while coordinating with relative departments (Sales Coordinator, Pre-Sales, Technical, …)
