Job Description
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)Oversee the development and execution of the Cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of SCA’s information assets.Provide strategic direction and expert guidance on Cybersecurity issues across SCA, including governance, architecture, and budget planning.Direct and manage the Cybersecurity budget using a risk-based investment prioritization approach aligned with SCA’s risk appetite and strategic goals.Lead reporting to regulators on compliance matters, incidents, and threat intelligence as required.Ensure and monitor compliance with all Cybersecurity regulatory requirements by conducting reviews, audits, and assessments.Define, monitor, and enforce adherence to SCA’s Cybersecurity policies and standards across all internal and external stakeholders.Cybersecurity OperationsLead the design and implementation of detailed Cybersecurity architecture and related technical requirements.Oversee and manage vendors providing Cybersecurity services and capabilities.Supervise risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in SCA’s systems and networks.Implement and maintain advanced security measures such as firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection tools.Monitor SCA’s systems and networks for breaches, ensuring rapid response and mitigation of potential threats.Collaborate with departments to align processes and procedures with SCA’s Cybersecurity policies and standards.Build and maintain relationships with external organizations to stay current on emerging threats and best practices.Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to departments on Cybersecurity matters and initiatives.Partner with the Business Technology department to ensure robust protection of SCA’s digital infrastructure.Coordinate with the Legal department to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to information security.Partner with Marketing and Communication to support awareness campaigns and Cybersecurity communication initiatives.Collaborate with the Human Capital department to lead the development and delivery of employee Cybersecurity training and awareness programs.About you: the ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity related studies (MS is preferred), with 9+ years of related experience.
