Channel Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: Content Coordination + ManagementAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, digital). Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on track. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, sales) and external vendors. Ensure that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines. Help maintain retailers’ websites and ensure content is up-to-dateWork cross functionally with other departments to secure content and assets that are relatable to retail partners.
Supporting and monitoring of company Brand Center requests for our retail partners Event CoordinationCommunicate + support planning and promotion of events like trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Coordinate logistics and operations (venue, materials, attendees, shipping and receiving, room blocks, contracts) with cross-functional teams. Attend and support events as needed Track event performance and gather feedback. Analytics + ReportingManage Flowcode creation, implementation, and results. Compile data into reports to assess campaign performance. Data collection through the implementation of forms from different software platforms.
Utilize data to create presentation assetsAdministrative SupportShipping + Inventory Support of Marketing, Training and Event Materials for a variety of key sales and marketing projects. Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules. Handle invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, new vendor set up, budgets, and vendor contracts (including internal documents)Assist with CRM data entry and email list management Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of retail marketing, project management or event coordinationProven expertise in executing and administrative programsExperience with managing a budgetWork collaboratively as a member of high-performing team with multiple teamsProven track record of completing assignments on time, in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWilling to travelAbility to write creative briefs a plus Working basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a plus Bachelor's degree requiredCompensation: $20 - $27. 58 per hour ID#: 36191724
