Job Description

What You’ll DoOversee core HR functions: Manage the full lifecycle of people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, immigration processes, payroll, and day-to-day HR tasks. Support hiring efforts: Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communications, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from application to offer stage. Serve as a go-to resource: Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, leave administration, and HR processes. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with leadership to execute performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and people programs that foster a strong culture. Enhance employee experience:

Develop thoughtful onboarding experiences and help shape a high-performance, inclusive environment. Maintain compliance: Stay informed on employment laws and ensure HR policies and practices meet requirements across multiple states. What You Bring: 4 year college degree 4+ years in an HR, People Ops, or similar role within a startup or high-growth environment. Experience with HR and ATS platforms (e. g. , Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar tools). A high degree of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.

Solid understanding of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices. Bonus: Experience supporting multi-state or international teams. Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 base salary + equity
