Competitive remuneration awaits you!The role in a nutshell:The selected candidate will have the opportunity to visit a customer's place in overseas to manage an implementation project, where project management skills are highly important. Should possess expertise in most of the functional areas in Business Central. Engages in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central, across a diverse set of industry types. You will service and support clients within our extensive installation base, exposing you to a wide range of unique business challenges and learning opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business process automation and technology. Should have a good understanding of accounting, seeking a career opportunity as a functional consultant. Willing to take on challenges. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused team player who collaborates with the internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and client expectations.What you will do in this role:Engage with customers to gather and analyse business requirements.Apply strong project management skills to oversee implementation progress.Design and propose functional solutions based on business needs.Prepare and maintain key documentation — Flow Charts, Scope Docs, FRD, FDD, Training, UAT, and Go-Live sign-offs.Perform D365 Business Central configurations, setups, and functional testing.Identify and communicate customisation requirements.Collaborate with the QA team to ensure quality delivery.Prepare and deliver end-user training (onsite or online).Provide post-implementation support to D365 Business Central clients.Conduct product demonstrations and assist with client presentations.Qualifications & Experience:Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.Strong project management and organisational skills.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT or professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CA – full or part qualified).Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.2–3 years’ experience in D365 Business Central / Navision ERP.Functional knowledge across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.A proactive team player with strong work ethics and leadership qualities.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Willing to travel overseas for project assignments (on company expense).How to get in touch with us:Address: Tech One Global Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, No:185/4, Havelock Road, Colombo 05.E-mail your CV to hr@techoneglobal.com along with the contact details of two non-related referees
