该职位来源于猎聘 任职资格  Experience  3 years+ work experience as IT Support for Dynamics 365 CRM/FO modules, familiar with D365 functions. Experience in major equivalent business-application acceptable.  3 - 5 years IT support experience in a big organization, working for SCM in multi-national company in automotive industry or FMCG industry is preferred. Experienced in supporting mid or large size successful IT project.  Good development experience about C#.NET will be a plus.  Experience of Agile (Scrum) development will be a plus.  Qualification  Ability to work independently and actively collaborate with cross functional teams, facilitate communication between business, development team, technical support team.  Strong communication and good team player. Have analytical and troubleshooting skills.  Adequate knowledge about common IT technologies and tools.  Fluent in spoken and written English.  Behaviors  Being a collaborative problem solver  Self-motivated and having a strong driving force Flexible, willing to adapt to changing and improving.  Ethical, honest, and trustworthy 工作职责  L2 application support and troubleshooting, mainly support MSCB(Material Supply Chain & Build) and related IT application operation in APAC.  Work closely with business, development teams, technical support teams to ensure the maintain the operation in APLAB and Geely plant.  Work with PO to support Project works like business analysis, testing, solutions implementation in APAC, enable the quick communication between global and local.  Responsible for solution training for key users.  Other tasks assigned by Global TOCC Team.  Education  Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer science or Information Technology.
