You will have the opportunity to make your own contribution, not only by creating strategies and business plans, but literally by leading different growth initiatives and development projects, including introduction of new products and services. We at Luminor believe that it's more important to explore new opportunities and sometimes fail rather than sit on today's achievements.How You Will Make an Impact: Actively support sales to achieve business goals by developing and improving Daily banking offering (cards/packages/deposits) in close collaboration with Product teams. Contribute to Daily banking strategy for Private customers to achieve Daily banking Net commissions and Net interest income, taking full P&L responsibility for Daily Banking products. Create Cross-sale and Up-sale strategy for Daily banking via CLVM program. Monitor sales results and process efficiency, customers satisfaction and submit proposals for improvements. Lead growth initiatives to ensure Daily banking income ambition and efficiency Own and execute pricing strategies that balance market share and income ambitions for deposits products. Lead product and value proposition development priorities and roadmap. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead. Translate client insights into differentiated product and pricing strategies. Ensure consistency and coherence in value delivery across channels. Support new customer acquisition and engagement through a strong Daily Banking value proposition.What Makes You a Great Fit: 2+ years’ experience in business development, project management Knowledge of daily banking products and processes will be considered as an advantage Ability to contribute to the business growth and profitability Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to fast changing environment Strong analytical thinking with high level of initiative and responsibility Good communication and presentation skills – both in written and verbal forms as well as good collaboration skills Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here:Flexibility.
