Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to join our Forex brand and help scale our affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for a mid-level specialist or a strong junior ready to grow. You will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing existing partnerships, and driving performance across all affiliate channels.Key Responsibilities:Affiliate recruitment & onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and relevant online platforms.Relationship management: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing support, resolving issues, and building strong ongoing relationships.Strategy development: Create and execute marketing strategies to help affiliates effectively promote our Forex products and services.Performance tracking: Monitor key KPIs (clicks, conversions, sales, ROI) using affiliate tracking tools and analytics platforms.Campaign optimization: Analyze data to improve performance, adjust commission structures, and boost overall affiliate results.Resource creation: Provide affiliates with marketing materials such as banners, text links, creatives, and promo codes.Compliance & fraud monitoring: Ensure program compliance with industry standards and identify suspicious or fraudulent activity.Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles (experience in Forex is a strong advantage).Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.What We Offer:Full-time remote roleBase salary + bonusesOpportunity to grow within a fast-moving Forex brandSupportive and dynamic working environment
