ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans and procedures for data centre projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. Review and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet quality requirements. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to address quality-related issues and provide technical guidance. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports. Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on QA/QC activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in data centre or similar critical infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in using QA/QC tools, software, and documentation systems. Certification in quality management or related fields (e. g.

, ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus. Day-to-DayConduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, inspection checklists, and material submittals. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality expectations. Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC processes and best practices. Maintain accurate records of quality activities and prepare reports for stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of quality initiatives.
