FPT Software is committed to tackling complex business challenges through innovative and technology-driven approaches.We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Romania. Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a tech-driven or logistics environment. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and drive decision-making (experience with databases, SQL, or programming languages is a significant plus). An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative, experiment, and push boundaries. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable solutions. You are a data wizard—highly proficient in analysing data and trends to drive insights and decisions. Experience with SQL, databases, programming languages and Excel is a significant plus. A big bonus if you have experience with Google Workplace, Looker, n8n, BigQuery Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects Hard working, hard playing, learning to improve knowledge and skills, and a friendly attitude. Language: English Responsibilities: Analyze & Optimize Performance Monitor and evaluate airline partner performance through reports, operational data, and market trends. Identify quality gaps in supply and performance, and recommend targeted improvement initiatives. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance airlines’ digital selling capabilities and overall operational efficiency. Build and maintain dashboards or scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes. Solve Complex Challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop scalable, innovative solutions to operational challenges. Translate business needs into actionable technical or process requirements. Support the design and implementation of tools or workflows that improve airline engagement and platform efficiency. Drive Operational Impact Take ownership of continuous improvement and automation initiatives within airline operations. Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies, removing roadblocks before they impact business performance. Lead root-cause analyses for recurring issues and ensure long-term, sustainable fixes. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and deliver measurable impact.
