Danai Medical LTD is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations and ensure operational integrity.

Additional descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDaily bookkeeping and transaction recording in the accounting systemReceipt preparation and postingProcessing daily banking activities, including payments and updating bank ledgersReconciling bank statements, creditors, debtors, and other accounts as requiredRecording business expenses and invoices accuratelyIssuing Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit NotesCreating new customer and supplier profiles in the accounting systemPreparing VAT and Intrastat declarationsConducting supplier allocations in Danai Medical LTD ledgersRecording costing and supporting cost-tracking processesFiling and maintaining records of financial documents in an organized and accessible mannerUpdating and maintaining databases; ensuring all documents are properly archivedAssisting with the month-end closing processProvision to auditors of requested documents for audits and compliance purposesMonitoring and controlling cash flowsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldLCCI Higher (an added advantage)Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleProficiency in E-Soft accounting software (and/or Stock Control)Strong knowledge of VAT and EU reporting (Intrastat)Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and by email, with customers of various nationalities and cultures in a professional mannerStrong understanding of bookkeeping and debt collection principlesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesMust be willing to be trainedExcellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (verbal and written communication skills)Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.
