You will be based in Brande, and are expected to work on site at least 3 days/week. About The RoleAs Quality Manager, you will bring the Danone and Aqua d’Or quality strategy to life; ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards in food safety, legal compliance, and consumer expectations.

You’ll be the driving force behind our quality policy, fostering a strong culture of quality and food safety across the Aqua d’Or site. You will report functionally to the EU QFS Water Manufacturing Director, and directly to the local Plant Director while also playing a key role as part of the local site management team.

You main responsibilities will be (but are not limited to)Implement the Danone and Aqua d’Or quality strategy at site levelLead and develop the QA & QC teams to foster a high-performing cultureEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and lead internal/external auditsAct as the site’s expert on quality and food safety, driving continuous improvementCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold quality standardsMonitor key quality KPIs and manage the Quality department budgetAbout youTo be able to succeed in the position we believe that you need to have a strong desire for self-development, can easily transform ideas into innovations and love to see how your work will contribute to good results.

Besides being open minded and analytical, we also see that you bring the following; Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as biotechnology, bioengineering, or industrial engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality role within the food industry Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams Strong knowledge of food safety, legislation, and quality standards Analytical, decisive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Fluent in Danish and EnglishAbout UsAqua d'Or is Scandinavia's largest producer of natural mineral water and soft drinks, and we are around 90 employees in Fasterholt, Brande.
