Senior Project Manager, Japan Plant

This role is requested and created as dedicated project resource, to support Mirai capacity expansion project and ensure overall project delivery. This role will be part of capex structure cost. · Work on site; support Mirai project manager and project team to coordinate the taskforce, track the scheduling / cost / resources, align cross functional team actions, and follow up required activities accordingly. · Facilitating the meeting cadence of cross disciplines and suppliers, and help track the follow-ups and ensure all actions on track. · Facilitate the decision-making progress, highlight risks which might impact project delivery, and coordinate the mitigation plans to close gaps.

· Support the change management process. · When construction period, regular daily visit to ensure safety operations, and facilitate the daily / weekly / monthly meeting with suppliers and Danone team. · Coordinating and aligning the site activities with plant team. · Support C&P and engineering team to do supplier relationship management, supplier activities coordination, and ensure a good collaboration attitude. Continuously drive the best practices and prompt safety cultures. Education and ExperienceMinimum bachelor’s degree, minimum 10 years of working experience, and in project management, procurement or engineering field. Specific KnowledgeKnowledge and experience in big capex project management. Working experience in matrix structure.
