You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing operational processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making within a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain packaging-related master data within internal data management systemsEnsure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across packaging databasesSupport the packaging code lifecycle from creation to phase-outEnsure packaging compliance with relevant legislation and dangerous goods transport regulationsCoordinate packaging-related documentation and cross-functional data flowsSupport operational efficiency through structured data management processesContribute to cost management and process optimization initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Packaging Development, Quality, HSE, and Regulatory teamsSupport or lead packaging-related projects (Senior level)Act as key expert for data-driven packaging processes (Senior level)Your Background:Commercial or technical educational background (e.g., commercial apprenticeship with further education, technical degree, or equivalent)Experience in data management, documentation, or operational supportStrong understanding of master data management principlesExperience in regulated environments (e.g., manufacturing, pharma, chemical, food, industrial) is highly desirableKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (especially transport of dangerous goods)Structured, detail-oriented and process-driven mindsetStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsFluent English (C1 required); German is an advantageIf you are interested, we would be happy to receive your application !
