💼 Admin Data CheckLocation: JakartaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Data Check Administrator who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. This role is essential in ensuring that all incoming data from multiple sources—such as agency systems, bancassurance platforms, or IT operations—are verified, validated, and accurately maintained within our core systems.You’ll work closely with IT, Business Operations, and Governance teams to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, validate, and verify incoming data from various systems or operational units.Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data before input into the main database.Perform revisions or corrections based on established SOPs.Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) summarizing data check results.Coordinate with related departments (IT, Business Ops, Governance) when data anomalies or inconsistencies are found.Maintain confidentiality of all personal or sensitive data in compliance with Data Privacy Policies and ISO 27001 standards.QualificationsEducation: Minimum D3/S1 in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or Informatics Management.Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data administration, data entry, or data quality are preferred.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation).Basic SQL query knowledge is a plus.Accurate and comfortable working with large datasets (big data sheets).Familiarity with internal systems or CRM/agent management tools.Understanding of data governance and quality control fundamentals.Soft Skills:High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.Disciplined and organized in following procedures and deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Adaptable to new systems and digital tools.Strong integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive information.Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services environments.Familiarity with data privacy, audit trails, and compliance checks (e.g., ID/NIK validation).Why Join UsPlay a key role in ensuring data accuracy that drives operational excellence.Work in a professional, supportive, and collaborative environment.Gain exposure to cross-department collaboration within IT, Operations, and Governance units.Opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills with real business impact.
