Your new companyPrestigious listed companyYour new roleLead AI strategy aligned with business goals; mentor a diverse technical team and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive advanced AI initiatives including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks like LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, and Google ADK.Oversee cloud-native data systems; enforce governance, resilience, and champion enterprise-wide LLMOps/MLOps with hybrid infrastructure and observability tools.Represent AI leadership across internal teams and external forums; assess emerging technologies for strategic fit and enterprise readiness.Build strong stakeholder relationships; ensure clear communication, align interests with business goals, and translate strategy into actionable outcomes.What you'll need to succeedHolds a bachelor’s or master's in computer science or related field; a PhD is considered an advantage.Over 20 years in enterprise data/AI systems architecture, with 5+ years in technical leadership or executive roles.Proven success in deploying enterprise AI systems, including LLMs, autonomous agents, MLOps, and model fine-tuning.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); skilled in mentoring high-performing, collaborative technical teams.Familiar with large enterprise set upStrong stakeholder management, vendor engagement, and contributions to open-source, publications, or speaking in AI/data forums.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
