Team spirit really matters to us!About The RoleBeing able to think strategically on behalf of the User Experience Design Department at Luxoft and always keeping the big picture in mind is key!Your tasks will be to develop and articulate the vision and point of views that give voice to pitches, proposals, projects and public performances, and to consult internal and external clients on matters of User Experience Design in Automotive.You will push both our clients and our internal team by using your industry expertise and solidly grounding research to expand our User Experience Design business.As an architect of the early project vision, it is critical that you make clients feel both comfortable and engaged in the entire design process. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and the engineering team as well.You will have the possibility to growth and work on our thought leadership with support of development of our got to market initiative for China and managing the further development of our UXD Design portfolio according to our Japan client needs.
