JP85857※応募の際は日本語での履歴書・職務経歴書のご提出をお願いいたしますPlatform Engineerポジション概要IT運用チームの一員として、本番環境の運用業務全般に加え、運用プロセスの策定・改善提案・自動化推進を担います。また、他部門・他チームとの連携やアウトソーシングパートナーの管理支援も行います。必須の業務および役割35％本番運用に関わる日常業務全般：技術的および運用面でのサポート提供関係チームへのエスカレーション、調整グローバルチームとの協業アウトソースメンバのサポート手順書等ドキュメント類の作成や維持管理、レビューグローバル標準システムを考慮した監視設定やチューニングIT全体の変更作業のアセスメントやクローズ管理インシデントおよびプロブレムの管理、報告各種リクエスト対応、関連ドキュメントやプロセス管理各種監査のレギュレーションの理解に基づくアカウント運用管理5％本番運用に関わる時間外・イレギュラー業務：時間外のオンコール対応ITシステムメンテナンス対応（時間外勤務あり）障害時等の監視強化（時間外勤務あり）35％ITシステム運用策定・アドバイス：IT運用視点での各種提案、アドバイスより効率的／効果的な運用の策定、実装20％自動化：ITシステム運用に関わる各種タスクの自動化5％その他の業務ならびにアサインされた活動。応募資格必要な学歴:高等学校卒業以上業務遂行に必要な基礎的な計算力、読解力、文章作成能力を有すること。必要な経験:関連業務での1年以上の経験日本語でのITシステム運用経験Windows OS, Linux OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Jobシステム, 監視システムなど、社内IT運用において一般的なツールやシステムの運用経験PowerShellなどによる運用業務の簡素化や自動化の推進経験各種監査のレギュレーションや一般的なITセキュリティに基づく運用経験あれば望ましい経験:英語でのIT業務経験、ITILの理解、Icinga2/ELK/JP1 AJS/ServiceNow/CyberArk/Azure利用経験勤務地海浜幕張本社 (本社および在宅)※JR京葉線 東京駅より、海浜幕張駅下車（快速で29分） 海浜幕張駅南口 徒歩3分Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
