We are a fast growing organization working with Citi businesses and functions across the world.What do we offer:Digital Control Monitoring team supports CBORC (Consumer Business Operation Risk & Control) to prepare Asia consumer business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.The critical areas we support:Internal Audit: Banking products’ & Services are in compliant with Controls & policies, any violations need to be identified and reported to CBORC team Sales Practice: Any performance management and incentive programs for potential Unfair & Deceptive practices by RMs, need to be identified and reported to CBORC team AML: Any instances of AML incidents or Transaction need to be identified and reported to CBORC team Branch Oversight Function: Branch functioning as per the policies and guidelines, any inconsistencies to be reported to BOF teamExpertise Required:Analytical SkillsData analysis & Data QualityProficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with dataGenerate actionable Business InsightsComing up with automated Techniques to remove false positives(Preferred) -Tools and Platforms Proficient in SAS, SQL, TeradataProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and VBADomain SkillsPreferred – LSF scheduling or windows schedulingGood understanding ofBanking domain (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, & Insurance etc.)Audit FrameworkData quality frameworkRisk & control Metrics (Preferred) - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit ProcessSoft SkillsAbility to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the senior management or partners in a structured and simpler formShould have excellent communication and inter-personal skillsGood process/project management skillsMentoring junior members in the teamAbility to work well across multiple functional areasAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentContribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for detailsEducational and Experience:MBA / Master degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.
