This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights across IT service management platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and service partners to support automated discovery, data ingestion, and service modeling—driving operational excellence and informed decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly review, cleanse, and reconcile configuration item (CI) data to identify discrepancies and ensure data qualitySupport the adoption and optimization of automated discovery tools and batch ingestion processes (e.g., spoon jobs)Monitor the full lifecycle of CIs—from creation to retirement—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relationship mappingBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools to provide insights into CMDB health, compliance, and service impactEnforce data governance standards, maintain documentation, and support audits and compliance checksIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation across data ingestion, reconciliation, and reportingCollaborate with internal teams and managed service partners to onboard and validate new data sources Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience5–10 years of experience in Data Analysis, CMDB, or ITSM domainsHands-on experience with ITSM platforms, CMDB tools, automated discovery, and digital workplace solutionsFamiliarity with ingestion processes and integration workflowsStrong SQL skills and experience in data transformation and reconciliationProficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Helix Dashboards, Power BI)Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insightsUnderstanding of infrastructure components such as networks, servers, and applicationsKnowledge of ITIL v4 practices, especially Configuration, Change, Incident, and Problem ManagementStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business outcomesAdaptable, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset Preferred QualificationsExperience working in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with managed service provider (MSP) operations and data onboardingExposure to compliance and audit processes related to configuration managementNote: No Visa SponsorshipInterested candidate please share your resume ASAP.Thanks and Regards,Nidhi AnandRecruitment ConsultantRenaissance InfoSystemC: 0423430032E: nidhi@reninfo.com.auW: http://www.reninfo.com.au
