We are in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Colombia, Germany, and Turkey. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Software department and seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Turkey.💼 Job Description:You will be part of the core engineering team that designs, builds, and integrates our AI Sales Agent, which connects multiple systems (CRM, email, LinkedIn, Amazon APIs, etc.) to automate lead generation, qualification, and outreach workflows.Key responsibilities:• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (CRM, Amazon APIs, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, email analytics).• Build dashboards and performance reports for key KPIs (lead quality, open/reply rate, meeting conversion, etc.).• Work closely with AI developers to prepare structured datasets for LLM training and prompt optimization.• Develop lead scoring models and monitor the accuracy of qualification metrics.• Support continuous learning by identifying trends in agent performance and campaign data.• Collaborate with product and sales teams to generate insights that improve outreach effectiveness.⚙️ Tech Stack & ToolsWe’re flexible with exact tech, but experience in most of the following is ideal: • Data & BI: Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau • Databases: PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Mongo • Languages: SQL (strong), Python (pandas, numpy) • CRM Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce • Automation: Zapier, Make.com, or API integrations • Version Control: Git / GitLabBonus: Familiarity with NLP, AI analytics, or data pipelines for LLMs🧠 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or e-commerce context.Strong SQL and data modeling skills.Ability to visualize and communicate insights clearly through Power BI or Metabase.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) — you’ll work closely with U.S. and Colombia teams.💡 Nice to HaveExperience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce).Familiarity with AI agents, workflow orchestration, or multi-touch outreach automation.Experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller APIs, or B2B SaaS platforms.Why Join Us:Work in a global company with diverse and dynamic teams.Opportunity to work on challenging projects in the logistics industry.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Remote work flexibility.Opportunity to constantly renew and keep yourself updated with the most up-to-date technologies.📩 How to Apply: Please apply through our LinkedIn job posting.🔎 Find More About Us:Our Company: https://www.forceget.com
