Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst: IV (Senior), Remote for a 6 months contractRate Range: $77.00/hour - $87.00/hour.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Fully remote (need to work EST or CST)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support enterprise reporting initiatives by modernizing legacy reports into scalable Power BI solutions. You’ll work closely with data engineers, architects, and Power BI developers to define requirements, analyze data, and ensure high-quality reporting. A background in healthcare data and expertise in SQL, Power BI, and DAX is essential. Essential Job Responsibilities:Analyze legacy reports to extract data logic, metrics, and business rules.Translate reporting requirements into specifications for modern Power BI dashboards.Define and document key metrics, KPIs, and data mappings between old and new systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and solution architects.Validate report data for accuracy and consistency against business requirements.Identify and resolve data quality issues.Support the design of semantic layers and scalable data models in Power BI.Work in Agile environments using tools like AHA and Azure DevOps. Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a focus on enterprise reporting.Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL.Solid understanding of data warehousing and platforms like Azure and Databricks.Experience working with large datasets in enterprise healthcare environments.Familiarity with clinical, financial, or operational healthcare data is preferred.Proficient in data governance, data validation, and quality assurance best practices.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
