Data Analyst

Role:We are seeking a data analyst to help unlock insights from complex datasets to drive business decisions.You will work closely with finance, product, and technology teams to understand their needs, deliver actionable reports, and build BI dashboards that influence strategic outcomes.This is a hands-on role with exposure to large-scale data, cloud platforms, and cross-border collaboration with the China team.Responsibilities:Analyse large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights that support business decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Build and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, and Looker) to support finance and operational decisions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all reporting and analysis.Present findings to business leaders in clear, actionable ways.Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to AI-related analytics initiatives.Required Skills:3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyse large datasets.Experience with big data & cloud technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Big Query).Strong stakeholder management skills; able to translate business needs into data solutions.
