Information Technology Executive

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable IT Executive to join our growing IT team.This role provides strong exposure across Network & Cybersecurity and Systems, Cloud & End-User Support , ideal for someone hands-on, technically strong, and eager to grow in enterprise IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & CybersecurityConfigure and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs)Manage enterprise firewalls, routing, segmentation & access controlMonitor network performance and security eventsPerform security hardening and vulnerability mitigationRespond to network/security incidents and outagesMaintain proper documentation for audits and complianceSystems, Cloud & IT Support Manage IT service requests within SLA timelinesSupport laptops, desktops & mobile devicesAdminister Microsoft Azure / Entra ID (identity & access management)Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace & GCPPerform system patching, backups & restoration testingConduct IT induction training for new employeesSupport IT procurement and vendor coordinationRequirementsDiploma or Degree in IT or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in IT support / IT infrastructure rolesStrong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, VLANs)Experience with firewall and network security controlsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure & identity servicesGood communication skills and proactive mindsetAble to work independently and handle issues responsiblyReporting To:Manager, Information Systems & Technology
