This hybrid role requires a professional with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in data analysis, workflow design, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data-driven problems, designing efficient data workflows, and creating visual data models that facilitate strategic decision-making. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements, develop documentation, and ensure the successful delivery of data solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing data management processes, enhancing data visualization capabilities, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to align data initiatives with organizational goals.QualificationsOver 13 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst with proven analytical and documentation skills.Extensive experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams on complex data problems.At least 10 years of designing and optimizing data workflows using modeling and mapping tools.Proven track record of writing Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.Minimum of 8 years creating and maintaining comprehensive data documentation such as data dictionaries, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and mapping specifications.Experience in designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards for performance and trend analysis.Strong leadership skills in facilitating data-focused meetings, interviews, and issue resolution sessions.Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
